Yes, please select the pick-up option when placing your order, enter your postcode and choose from your nearest Jenny Craig centre/s.
When placing your order, you can select from a range of pick-up time slots at your nominated Jenny Craig centre in which to collect your order.
Orders can be collected on Mondays to Thursdays, during allocated hours.
Same day pick-up is available Mondays to Thursdays on orders placed before 12pm.
To check centre opening hours, please click here. If a public holiday falls on any of those days, then your order will be moved to the next available day.
When collecting your order, please bring your email confirmation of order displaying your order number (which can be shown on your smartphone or as a print out) and your physical photo ID that matches the name on the order.
At reception, any of our consultants will be able to help you.
If you’re unable to attend the centre to collect your order during your selected collection time slot, the centre will hold your order for one week.
If you miss your collection time, one of our consultants will call you on the phone number provided at the time of ordering, to make new arrangements for you to collect your order.
Yes, if you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team here. Please note we are unable to cancel your order within 48 hours of your delivery.

Yes, you can update your delivery address by logging in to your online profile and updating your details.
Any changes made to your delivery address will need to be made prior to placing your next order.

Once you have placed your order online, you will receive a call from your closest Jenny Craig Centre within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), who will confirm delivery details and check when they can arrange for your order to be delivered.
We deliver to different postcodes on a set schedule, so subject to where you live, we may deliver to your area one or more times a week.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a text message with a tracking link which you can use to track your order.
If you have not received a text message by 9pm on the night before you expect your delivery or on the specified delivery day confirmed by your centre if using DoorDash, please contact us here or call us on 13 19 92 (during business hours) and select 1 to chat to someone about your online order.
Yes, once your order has been delivered, you will receive a text message. Please note: all frozen items must be placed into your freezer asap.
If any items in your delivery box are damaged when you receive the delivery
Please send the details of the damage to us here or call us on 13 19 92 and select 1 to chat to someone about your online order. If you can, please take a photo of the item as you may then be asked to supply a photo of the damaged goods.
On occasion, some items may be out of stock, in this instance a replacement product will be provided, and we will notify you of any substitutions in your order.

We use a number of delivery companies to get your orders delivered to your address. When placing your order with our consultants, please check what service works best for you.
With same-day, fast deliveries (DoorDash), our partner driver may contact you to confirm when the order is ready and that you are home to receive the order.
With our standard delivery option, if you are not able to be at home to receive the order, you may provide optional delivery instructions when placing your order and the delivery driver will leave your order in a safe place.
Please note: All orders are packed securely & we recommend frozen items must be placed into your freezer ASAP.
Customers can place an order online at jennycraig.com.au/menu, select Delivery at checkout and, if the order is placed before 12pm Mondays through to Thursdays, have the order delivered to their door that day. The estimated delivery time is approximately 2 hours.
When your order is received, your nearest Jenny Craig Centre is notified and will pack your order. Your DoorDash delivery driver will then pick up the order from the Centre and deliver it straight to your door.
DoorDash Same Day Delivery is available from selected Jenny Craig Centres only, to a maximum of a 15km radius from your nearest Centre. On some occasions, the delivery will, due to various reasons and/or factors outside of Jenny Craig and Doordash’s control, fall outside of the estimated 2-hour window.
DoorDash is currently only available within a 15km delivery radius of your nearest Jenny Craig Centre. You can check DoorDash’s availability by entering your postcode in the ‘Check your delivery options’ section of our website, or at checkout. DoorDash is available at participating Jenny Craig Centres only. To check if your nearest Centre is offering this DoorDash service, please click here.
On Mondays through to Thursdays, order before 12pm for guaranteed same-day delivery. If an order is placed after 12pm on these days, the estimated delivery time is the following day.
Orders can be placed with participating Jenny Craig Centres only. Order delivery window is subject to the individual store trading hours. You can check the store trading hours by visiting our locations page here or by calling our Customer Care team on 1800 453 669. Note, trading hours may differ during public holidays and extended trading periods such as Christmas.

Refunds can be processed via the original payment method provided the circumstances meet our refund policy. To request a refund a DoorDash delivery contact our customer care team via customer enquiry form or email.

You must be at your delivery location to receive the order. Failing to do so can result in an order cancellation. In cases where a customer is unavailable to accept the delivery the driver may contact you to leave the order somewhere safe.
