This is our most convenient meal plan and comes with breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is ideal for people looking for convenient, pre-prepared meals without the fuss.

7 breakfasts, 7 lunches and 7 dinners for you to enjoy each week. It includes favorites like our Hazelnut & Almond Cereal, Beef Sausage Roll and Crumbed Fish & Wedges.

 

How Do I Get Started?

  • 1. Choose your program Choose a program that suits you. If you're looking for a weight loss program you can choose from the Max Up or the Classic program. Or if you're just looking to skip meal prep and still have healthy meals, choose from our convenient Simple or Essential meal plan.
  • 2. Get your personalised menu Review the meals in your plan with your Coach or online, and why not personalise the plan by swapping some items around and making sure your favourites are included in your menu (5 swaps available for online purchases).

  • 3. Choose your delivery method Choose from delivery or Click and Collect, you’ve got options. You can drop by your local centre and pick up your food safely or get everything delivered from your local centre.
  • 4. Take your first weight loss coaching session Your Personal Coach will be in touch to organise your first weight loss coaching session either in person or over the phone. You can get to know each other, talk through your goals and walk away with all the resources you need to succeed on your weight loss journey.

  • 5. Meet weekly one-on-one with your Personal Coach We aren't just here if you have a session or if you get off track. We are here to deliver encouragement, guidance, and the motivation to reach your weight loss goal!
