However, in the rare case you are not completely satisfied with our food, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on your first order, simply follow these steps:
If you are not satisfied with your first order, please call our Customer Care team on 1800 453 669 within 5 days of receiving your order and let us know why. You will then be asked to return the remaining dry food items within a further 5 days, for a full refund. The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for new customers, on their first order only. There is a limit of one per customer.
Please note our Satisfaction Guarantee is offered in good faith. We ask that it is only used in genuine cases where you have been unsatisfied with our products.

You will be refunded your first order in full, including any delivery charges and additional items such as Jenny Craig vitamins, as applicable. You will not be refunded the cost of any membership. Yes, customers are responsible for any costs associated with shipping the food back to Jenny Craig Customer Care Head Office. Any carrier of your choice may be used. We suggest that you keep a record of your shipping method including a receipt and tracking.
